Bad service

Just came from your branch and i have to say very poor service. There were just 2 customers but the crew (2) was not attentive. They were busy talking to each other. I asked for catsup and the guy inside the kitchen would not even pour it on a plate. Instead he brought the whole gallon out and made the counter crew open it. No soup was given so i asked for it. Response was " sir wala po bowl". So papano? Ako pa maghahanap ng bowl. Di ba pwede mag follow up ka sa naghuhugas kasi may sabaw naman pero walang bowl. Luckily after a minute or two i eventually got the soup after i stayed and insisted to wait
