Cooked slowly for at least 48 hours. Choice of flavor: Miso, Shoyu or Shio *All ramen served with cabbage, wakame, carrots, bean sprouts, bokchoy, onion leeks and boiled egg.

can't recommend
Many items on the menu marked "Not Available".
That's fair enough, but first appetizer I ordered (without any notation), they did not have! Back to the menu, next item I ordered (beef dory), they didn't have the beef!
Third item ordered they surprisingly did have.
The tuna roll was average at best.
Then when the check came they overcharged me by P22 over the stated menu price on each of two SML beers.

lousy service
lousy service and staffs are not friendly ...not recommended at all....

Tofu Tofu Tofu
If you love Japanese food and tofu, then this is a must have for you. Freshly cooked tofu with many juicy spices, you can never go wrong with Sumo Sam's Agedashi tofu. Great for lunch and dinner with friends and family.
