I love Kare-kare especially if the meat is very tender and the vegetables are crisp and fresh and of course the bagoong taste good. Mangan resto offers this Kare-kareng buntot ng baka which I find yummy but still have the typical taste of Kare-kare. Nothing special about except the fact that they use buntot ng baka as the main meat. The vegetables are fresh and crisp and the meat is tender but the sauce is very typical, but anyway this would be a good lunch and dinner for everyone. Oh before I forgot....its a little expensive for a not that big serving.
