Who is Max Brenner, you might ask? Well there's a debate to that, but I found two sources. One saying that it is initiated in Israel by a pair of businessmen, Max Fichtman and Oded Brenner, mixing their names and creating a fictional character, and Mr. Brenner is indeed bald. Another source says he is a real person, an Israeli pastry chef and confectioner who trained in Europe, and then opened his first chocolate bar in Israel in 1996. So you decide!
