One whole big boneless bangus, cut in half, served smoking hot on a sizzling plate. Topped with crispy fried garlic - yummy. That's it! So simple yet so much good!

The serving is actually good for 3-4 persons. But because of its goodness will likely be up to just 2 persons :) You should try this! Another recommended dish is the bulalo steak! :)
