yummy but not crunchy..
El Pollo Loco is one of the best mexican resto here in the metro. They offer a lot of foodies from burritos, mexi-drinks, cocktails, main courses and of course the ever famous tacos and dips. Well This crunchy beef taco is yummy but the thing is....its not crunchy. The beef dip or the toppings i may say really taste good but its a little oily and for me i think it should not be mixed with the tacos because it makes the tacos not crunchy anymore. They're soft and moist and like not fresh anymore.

Not crunchy at all
When you say "crunchy" I'm expecting it to be crunchy when it arrives in my table. But this one disappointed me. Hopefully you can do something about it to retain its crunchiness.
