It was my first time to had melanzane and I'm really disappointed when I tasted it. It was cold! I've been wondering if the dish really served that way or it's a mistake. When I arrived home I researched about it and found out that there were 2 ways of serving Melanzane, either cold and hot. But regardless if it's cold Melanzane, still it didn't taste good.
