This is my favorite ice cream flavor and Chili's Bar and Grill have this Cookies and Cream shake that makes me happy. This would be a great treat for everyone for dinner, and lunch especially on summer time. The best thing i like about this shake is the cream topped with chocolate syrup above. It's really like drinking cookies and cream ice cream. This would be great for heavy meals like lunch or dinner.
