Fancy goodness

Another Filipino restaurant with a twist. At first I thought Via Mare was a Spanish restaurant because of the ambiance and the interior design of their place. They serve a lot of food choice from seafood to many Authentic Filipino dishes. A little expensive than the typical Filipino restaurants out there but still worth it, because of the formal-like feel of the place.

Disappointing dish

I have high hopes for this restaurant years back. But I noticed recently it fell short. I thought it was just an unlucky day that time but having it again on this dish means something! It felt like a left-over dish from last night. You know that feeling, taste and texture of it. Really disappointing!

Sinigang anyone???

Definitely a very good comfort food specially during cold and rainy season. Who doesn't love freshly cooked, hot and steamy sinigang?? Best for lunch, dinner, breakfast...anytime! Well as for Via Mare's sinigang...still the best but the price is too much.

Yummy pinoy delicacy

Just the right texture and firmness, topped with cheese with egg filling. Super yummy!
