Good but overcooked
It's healthy but most of the time it's overcooked. I'm not really sure if it's still nutritious that way. But If I'm not mistaken I read somewhere that it loses its nutritional value. Well I guess they can still improve this dish and retain it's nutritional value, but not only this dish but most of their side dishes are overcooked
