I didn't know that you can do this with fried tilapia! At first I was like skeptical when the waiter offered this as their new entry, but when I had my first bite, wow it was good! The flavors are spot-on. The creaminess of curry with the lemon grass aroma, it was all perfect and delicious! Indeed a must try version of Tilapia.
