Horrific experience! They forgot our food!

What can I say, we were so disappointed with this resto mainly because of their poor service! At first it's going smoothly then to the point of THEY FORGOT TO COOK OUR ORDERS!!! Can you imagine that?!?! We waited almost 30mins for no food? They didn't even bother to ask or at least wonder why there's no food coming out for us! In other restos, they would even ask if we've already made an order, if the food is taking so long, etc.

We waited for 24mins before asking for our food thinking that it took them really long 'coz we ordered around 5 dishes! And the food was just ok!
