a very famous filipino dish. i just love the thick creamy peanut buttery sauce and the soft pork usually pata or the leg or foot matched with ginisang bagoong yum... max's has added their own distinct flavor to it makes it stand above the rest. so better try this one.

I LOVE THIS. who does want sisig c'mon! screw the diet. this one is served really hot. you can smell the aroma as the waiter approaches you to deliver this fiesty meal. for taste its a 10/10. match it up with ice cold beer and drinking buddies. but i warn you this one disappears quite fast while drinking. specially sa malakas mamulutan.

this reminds me of jollibee's jollisphag w/ 1 piece chicken. well this is more a classy version of it. after all Chef d' Angelo has a reputation in making pasta. no futher comment on the spag cause its perfect. the chicken is cooked to crisp. and comes with a bonus garlic bread on the side. kids might love this treat.
